Beef Stew

1 package of Stew Beef
5 large potatoes
3 Celery stalks
3 whole carrots
1 onion
(I added one can of english peas drained)
( I added one warm bottle of Corona)
1 cup of self rising flour
1 teaspoon of season sale
1 teaspoon black pepper
(I added 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and a touch of garlic powder)
Mix flour and seasoning with a fork
Add meat to flour mix, mixing well
Put into crock pot, add chopped potatoes, celery, carrots and onion.
Add bottle of beer and enough water to cover. Stir gently with fork. Cook on high for four to five hours. Stir in drained peas after stew is finished.

Fat Free, Sugar Free Lemon PIe

1 8oz package of Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
2 small packs of Crystal Light Lemon Drink Mix
16 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
Graham Cracker Crust

Blend together cream cheese and lemon drink mix.
Fold in Cool Whip
Place in Graham Cracker Crust 
Chill for 4 hours
Enjoy this Fabulous Dessert
